As CEO of Potomac Brokerage and Supply Group, LLC, Bryan draws on a unique mixture of experiences throughout his twenty-year U.S. Air Force career to design, develop and deliver the tailored sales, manufacturing, distribution and supply solutions our Defense Industry, International Partner and U.S. Government clients are seeking.
He has created, planned, managed and executed a wide variety of Security Assistance and Cooperation programs with constituents ranging from International Partner Nations, Security Cooperation Organizations, Combatant Commands, Departments of Defense, State and Commerce personnel, National Guard personnel, the Commonwealth of Virginia and the U.S. Defense Industry.
Bryan started PBSG after a successful tour as a Security Cooperation Officer, specifically the Chief, Foreign Military Sales and Chief, End Use Monitoring in Afghanistan. Prior to this, he held several Air Force leadership positions within the Intelligence Community, serving as a USAF Group-level Director of Operations and Wing-level Deputy Chief of Plans and Programs.
Bryan’s other USAF assignments include his core Operational Designator as an Inter-Continental Ballistic Missile Crew Commander, and as the Executive Officer for the Joint Force Headquarters, Kentucky Air National Guard.
Santy Guiao has 20 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Army and Special Operations where he served as a Green Beret.
He has decades of global experience in leading, planning, managing, and conducting Special Operations in austere and complex environments – with over 12 years’ experience in training, advising, and assisting over 2,000 foreign partner forces during combat operations and ten Joint Combine Exchange Training (JCET) Exercises in Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, South Korea, Iraq, and Afghanistan.
He is fluent in Tagalog and trained U.S., allied, and coalition partner nation special and conventional forces during execution of security cooperation programs worldwide.
Santy brings a wealth of leadership, management, and planning experience to the PBSG team.
Paul Platte is an attorney with 40 years experience and represents private clients in various civil matters, including international commercial transactions, shipping contracts, import/export, asset protection, immigration, construction and commercial litigation, and international litigation.
Paul is proficient in Spanish and his extensive practice includes Africa, Dubai, Serbia, Afghanistan, the United States Virgin Islands, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Venezuela, and the Dominican Republic, which draws on his legal, business and cultural skills.
His clients include individuals, private and public companies, local and international insurance companies, and financial institutions.
